Ah, there is nothing quite like waking up on a nice winter morning- looking outside to see the beautiful sunshine pierce through the last little remnants of darkness. You quickly put on your slippers and grab for your robe in anticipation of that morning chill. As you go up the steps to the kitchen a smile appears on your face without your conscious knowledge because a dear husband of yours made some delectable coffee! MMMmmmm!!!! After you've gotten yourself dressed and are ready to head out the door you look at your coats to decide which one to wear. Should you wear the thin jean jacket or the full-fledged eskimoesque winter coat?! You finally decide on the jean jacket and proceed to walk out the door...
...once outside you realize that it's hazy... yes, that's right- HAZY! Why? Because it's so freaking warm outside! The high temp, as you are listening to the radio in your car, is supposed to be 78 degrees. Hmm.. I guess it would have helped to know that BEFORE you got dressed for the day!
So, you ask yourself, why was it so chilly when you woke up this morning?! Oh yes... that's right... b/c you are living with your parents and they like to keep the house insanely cold.
I want to write more- but, I just can't... it's just wrong... winter should be cold with snow... not haze!
Sadness....

Greetings to our family and friends!
Here it is... the first of, hopefully, many posts. For those of you who don't know- Brandon and I are currently residing in MD w/my folks. I'm taking prereqs to get into a graduate nursing program and B is working for a local bank as a banker. We're evaluating our current plans and goals and are considering a move outside of the state... we'll be sure to fill you in with more as we know more ourselves!
Our hope is to use this blog as a means of expressing our current thoughts and revelations... you'll also learn that I'm a HUGE fan of ellipses........ :o)
